Shipping Policy
Standard Method of shipping is Fed Ex. UPS will be used by request. If actual shipping costs exceed the standard charges, the difference will be added. California residents should add 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy
If for any reason there is something wrong with your order please contact us via email at phazesofinfinity@yahoo.comor via telephone at (818) 339-7710 immediately. Our refund policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
If a package arrives damaged, it is always best to refuse it, but if you accept it, make sure you have the carrier note it on the delivery record. Please notify us within 15 days in order for Phazes Of Infinity to file a damage claim. Any time thereafter, our regular return policy will override.
If you are NOT fully satisfied with a book(s), you may return them within 7 days upon receiving it for a credit or refund in the original package and unused. If you return a book(s) that was clearly used, you will only be refunded 33% of the cost less the original shipping and handling charge. Customer will be responsible for the return of shipment.
If for any reason you are NOT fully satisfied with your Psychic Reading or your Tarot Card Reading, you may receive a full 100% credit or refund.
We are NOT responsible for any spell(s) you are NOT fully satisfied with, however, you will receive full consultation at NO additional cost.
When returning an item for any reason, item(s) MUST be packaged in the original carton. Refunds will be given for the purchase price less the original shipping and handling charge. Customer will be responsible for the return of shipment.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). It is always best to communicate your intention to return an order you purchased either via email at phazesofinfinity@yahoo.com .

Phazes Of Infinity will never sell, trade or distribute your personal contact information, such as your email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.
The only reason you will receive communication from us will be in the event of a response to a question, shipping information or updates, reading requests or if you sign up for our mailing list.
Our mailing list will only be used as an informational tool for us to let our customer know when we receive new product, workshops, book signings or expanded selection.
